This cute Valentine favor is the perfect way to combine card and gift/treat.
A cardstock cylinder, scallop punch and a bit of scalloped accent are all you need to create the gift holder. Stamp a coordinating heart and create a shaped card attaching with thread as shown
Voila! A simple and beautiful valentine all in one!
