Barb created this cute owl and has finished offering it in kits in the mail - but I loved it and thought I would be happy to offer it as well- You will receive all the items precut/punched to make 15 of these cute fall toppers- Includes circle punches, top note dies, stars, all circles & cello bags- you will need to provide adhesive, scissors, candy& white gel pen (optional).
